Can I just delete Buffout 4???

I really have no idea how mods work... I tried to install a bunch of mods while playing Fallout London, and realized they wouldn't work so just ignored them. Now, I'm trying to revert back to Fallout 4, installed a bunch of new mods in preparation, and disabled all the mods I had previously installed.

Buffout4 is still on here for some reason... I really don't care for it, and I'm getting the message that so many people get (Main.cpp(269):Buffout4 has loaded too late). I have tried all the fixes people say, about changing the xml file (which I don't even have an app on my computer that loads that correctly), and when I try to get rid of all Buffout files, it seems to corrupt my game...

Anyone have a solution?? I just want to go build a meat factory in Sanctuary like Sips_ 😅

Update: I installed MO2, still have the same error...
