FNV crashes every second bootup and around every third reload

Like title says, it crashes every other bootup of the game and around every 3 reloads. No idea what's causing it. Here's my list of mods just in case:

(Just now added to try and find the reason myself) Yvile's Crash Logger

Any help appreciated. Also, I just upgraded from an i5-6400 to an AMD Ryzen 5 4500 if that applies, although I completely reinstalled the game since then. Also re-validated files through steam to try and solve it to no avail.

EDIT: ok so apparently validating the files wasn't a good idea and now the game isn't even loading past the copyright screen.
