I can't find my ACTIVE ad in the Facebook Ad Library

So Facebook is driving me nuts. I launched my first campaign 3 days ago and till now not a single impression and not a single cent was spent from the budget. I am targeting broad US 20$ / day per ad set. And now I found out that my ad doesn't exist in the Facebook ad library, I tried different browser and device same result. What's the problem?
