How to use num-pad numbers to toggle effects ON/OFF in master bus? To assign a number to quickly toggle something ON/OFF in the master bus.

I'm looking to figure out if it's possible to assign num-pad numbers to toggle certain effects ON and OFF in my master bus?

I have several things on my master bus, such as Fruity PanOmatic, in which I pan ALL sounds to the right - for when I want to mix mono on one speaker. I've got several other things on my master bus similar to this. I'd like to see if there's a way to assign num-pad numbers to simply toggle certain effects ON/OFF. It'll just make things a tad bit less annoying if I constantly have to manually go to the master bus to ON/OFF them. I'd like to see if it's possible to simply press "7" (or whatever number) to toggle ON the PanOmatic, and press 7 again to toggle it off.

Can this be done?
