F1 manager 24 from worst to best

As the title says. I am curious on how you guys started your team. Did you start with the worst facilites, car, staff and drivers and work up to be the best or did you start the best of everything from the get go.

I ask becuase i recently got this game and started with basically a mid field team, left everything as default (driver, car, team and facilities) but am thinking of starting over.

If i were to start over if i wanted a bit of a challange but still be fun. what should i pick for facility, budget and car
