Mechanic Advise Requested-Driving post-accident

I got T-boned on Friday evening, going through a 4 way stop and a kid ran the stop sign and scored a direct hit on the rear passenger tire. Hit me hard enough to spin the truck fully 180 degrees around and totaled his little ford focus.

I've attached a picture. Other than some damage to the back panel the truck seems fine. The alignment is definitely off thought. But I've driven around some during the weekend and there's no weird vibrations or noises coming from the truck, no warning lights, everything functioning as normal.

This week I need to be in the office which is gonna be about 70 miles of driving every day. The alignment being off worries me, plus the fact that they slammed right into the tire. Since it happened on Friday night I haven't been able to get the insurance adjuster to get out here and none of the auto shops will take it until they have that estimate. Has anyone been in an accident like this? Should I just bite the bullet and get a rental for the week or keep driving since I'm not seeing, hearing or feeling anything that would point to an issue?
