Clogged Duct

I’m pretty sure I have a clogged duct as my supply on my right boob has decreased soo much but I am still engorged. This started on Thursday and it’s now Saturday night. I’ve iced it, massaged it, taken Tylenol and ibuprofen. I’m not sure what else to do to fix it. I am now not making enough to feed my baby, as that side was the more productive one, luckily I have been able to get a decent freezer supply.
