My ETS2 progress thus far.

A couple years back, I learned about this game and it intrigued me. I downloaded the demo and played it, enjoyed it. I decided to buy the full game and download it on my steam deck.

It is a pleasure to play on my steam deck, and it allows me to watch youtube, netflix, etc while on a delivery.

At the start I crashed a ton, and sucked at driving. I played it for a bit, and then put it down.

In the past week or so, I have gotten back into it. My company "Polski Tranzyt" based out of Worclaw, Poland, now has garages in Warsaw, and Gdansk. The Warsaw garage is full (I will not upgrade it), the Gdansk garage already upgraded only has one slot left. Some of my drivers are already brining in 16k+ from a single delivery. My next Garage, I am thinking of buying in London (GB) or maybe Berlin or Istanbul. Anyways, at this point it's a snowball and it is beginning to roll.

Driving wise, I have improved a lot. I am now able to do long distance deliveries with little, to no damage. My number one foe was being tired and dozing off, which usually resulted in a lot of damage, so I made a "company policy" that I would always sleep after completing a delivery, before starting another one, after that, my damage rate went down to almost none.

My starting loans are all paid off, and I currently have about $300k in the company account, after having recently upgraded the Gdansk garage, and having bought a used Scania in 5 star condition.

I have all the map DLCs, and I am waiting on Greece and Nordic Horizons. I absolutely love Spain, and I also enjoy Southern France, Italy, and the West Balkans, but I haven't been to Turkey yet.

This game is really fun, and at this point it has turned into something that is staple in my everyday life.

I look forward to the day when all of Europe is covered.
