Issues when updating Arena, literally every time it gets an update. [Arena]

First time posting in this subreddit so maybe the solution is already in here somewhere but, every time there is an update/patch for Arena it says that one or more of the files is corrupted and when it tries to repair the damaged file it shows this message and I have to completely reinstall the entire game. Hoping someone has experience with this.
