What is this kind of ring called? I’m absolutely in love with it.

In fact I’d love almost this exact ring so if anyone, especially vendors, could give me some guidance I’d really appreciate it!!

The only things I’d want changed are the color (I love cooler colors like sapphire or emerald), and maybe the ring being bit smaller and the main diamond being a bit bigger than the mosaic piece
