Anyone else feel this kind of ovulation pain?

Does anyone have like large tangible amounts of pain in their pelvis when they ovulate? It feels like heavy clumps of tissue that are taking up a ton of space down there, and I can point to exactly where I feel there might be a cyst. I also feel like there is no room in there whenever I ovulate, and eating makes it worse, if I breathe in too hard it feels like I could rip tissue.

I have been diagnosed(?) with endo. I haven't had a lap yet but my previous gyno believed me and suspected that endo was my problem after going over all the symptoms with her. I had to move back to my home country so she is no longer in my corner and I am struggling to find a doctor willing to take me seriously.

I am really not sure how to bring this up to a gynocologist because last time I did they just told me to "take birth control" or "get pregnant" (which is really the very last thing i wanted to hear). When i got the ultrasound they didn't find anything but a thick uterus wall, which they attributed to the fact that I was about to get my period.

I guess i'm just wondering if anyone has gone through any of these things too and ended up needing surgery and how they brought it up with their doctor? I feel like I'm crazy
