Swastika on fire hydrant

My mom recently told me that someone has drawn a swastika on a fire hydrant near her house. I haven’t seen in and don’t live in Edmonton. Any ideas what, if anything, she should be doing about it? Report it to the city as graffiti? There are quite a few elderly people in her neighbourhood who might be disturbed by this unexpected reminder of a very dark time during their youths.
