Safe to order radiators etc?

I am planning a new bild in a Corsair 9000D case that I got. Is it safe to buy radiators from EKWB directly? Or better to buy Corsair radiatora instead?

I have a local store that sells EKWB parts including radiators etc. But they are out of atock but instead I will get my money back if they cant sell them to me.
