Bestow & Mutate Theme Temur deck

I was issued a challenge by my pod. Create a Bestow and Mutate deck with URG. I have searched and do not see any out there. I see a Mutate theme deck constantly, not really enough Bestow themed decks. Does anyone have suggestions for a Commander and even some subthemes for the deck? Not the type of player to play Voltron so I am out of my waters.
