League-wide trade values way off?

There’s been a few previous similar discussions but never anything specifically like this (that I could find.) Sorry if this has come up before.

I’m running into a unique situation with one of my leagues. For some reason it seems almost everyone in our league values their assets WAY too high. We’ve had some lopsided trades over the years but I don’t think it was anything too extreme so I can’t really pinpoint why this is happening. The result is, it’s getting close to impossible to trade with anyone. Just curious if anyone’s run into this before and what the strategy may be moving forward? Maybe I’m being dramatic or my values are just too low but here are some examples of what I’ve seen recently (these were all serious conversations):

Temp checked Fields today, owner wanted Bijan and a 24 First.

Owners of JJ and Chase both said no to 4 firsts. (JJ decline could be reasonable)

Montgomery owner wants first + additional assets.

Kelce owner wanted at least two firsts, probably more.
