Contactless delivery with cash payment
Yesterday during rush I got an order that was labeled as a contactless delivery so I assumed it was payed for. I delivered it and tried calling the customer but it was sent to voicemail so I left a voicemail saying their pizza was delivered and left. Come to find out they had used a gift card to pay for part of the order but the rest was unpaid. And for some reason it let them put it as contactless. So now I owe $17. (Side note: I am new so I’m not completely familiar with the system)
