A little fungal situation!

Hiiiii! I am reaching out to ask has anyone ever experienced this before. We’ve already spoken to a vet and everything is fine, but I would like to see what others have done in this situation.

Rizzle Dizzle randomly started breaking out on his testicles (balls) randomly. They looked like little white pimples. He was tested to confirm these are not infected or harmful to him. They excluded tumors and a few other things after poking him. I am currently using DouxoS3 antiseptic/antifungal wipes which is fine but I wondered about what others have done to clear up these bumps. I am in no way looking for medical advice, more so perspective/experience with clearing breakouts on their pup.
