Is this a good flaw for my character?

My character is a changeling collage of eloquence bard and have a few different ways of acting out other people who isn't their true self, and dont have much of a problem socially when doing so.

But when she is herself, she have a very hard time socially, basically social anxiety because she don't want people to dislike her, her real her.

So she is super concious of everything she says and super careful, and quite afraid of talking to new people.
