Does the car next to the racist lorry driver’s truck belong to Sunday Friend?

Completely trivial speculation here, but there is a car next to the raceman’s lorry that is described as: “A foreign car. Kept in good condition.” The only person I can think of in Martinaise who is both wealthy enough to even own a car (let alone maintain it) and would be likely to own a foreign car (ie. is not from Revachol) is Sunday Friend.

Anyone else it could belong to?
