Have I screwed almost everything up?

I have finished the mercenal tribunal and I got shot, Kim is okay, 4 hardies boys dead, all mercs too. Shortly before Ruby fleed from the cavern and Klaasje ran off too. Now the only lead I’ve got is the island to check the bullett trackjectory. PLEASE I don’t want any spoiler, I just need to know if I’ve messed all things up. Thanks.
