Back to back sets - Sensitive nails

I got dip from a salon I have gone to often and had one nail chip after 5 days. They fixed that nail, and then 3 days later 2 more nails chipped and others were starting to lift. At that point they said they would just go ahead and remove and re-do. The new set looks great, but my nail beds feel so sensitive and tender.

Is it damaging I had them redone so fast? (Within 10 days). Any remedies to help with the tenderness? Should I just give it time and not have them removed so that I don’t cause any further irritation to the nails?
