Online friends in ig?

I'm 17F based in Dhaka currently preparing for SSC. I want to make online friends in Instagram but really don't know where to start. I've tried joining random gc but either they go inactive within a few days or they're simply not that friendly. My account is private and idk where to start. Need some advice.
