My wife just found this on her back

My wife just went to scratch her back from something she felt and called me in to look and there’s this weird ass scab thing that came out of nowhere. Kind of looks like a pressure sore and although she’s been in bed a lot the past week due to the flu I can’t imagine this being a bed sore in the middle of her back. It’s got these weird black dots in it. There was never a mole or skin tag or beauty mark there. Just randomly appeared. Please help if this is something we need to go see dermatologist for asap or what.
