Pizzeria locale dough recipe
I know this is a longshot, but I thought I’d try.
Years ago, I took a dough making class at pizzeria locale (RIP), and as part of the class they give you a laminated copy of their amazing dough recipe. I have very unfortunately misplaced my recipe and was wondering if anyone here may have a copy of it? It’s on overnight proofed crust and turns out great every time I have made it. Hopefully someone here can help me out. Cheers!
