Pediatric DA ?
Hey guys. I’m a 26-year-old girly with an esthetician license, but let’s be real—the beauty industry isn’t exactly the easiest when it comes to finding a stable job. Right now, I’m working retail, and honestly… I’m so over it.
Weirdly enough, I’ve been lowkey obsessed with dentistry ever since I was a kid. I used to play way too many online dental games and even had some over-the-counter dental kits (please don’t yell at me, I was just a kid with dreams 😅). Lately, I’ve been thinking about making it a reality and pursuing a career as a dental assistant—specifically in pediatric dentistry.
I’d love to hear from those of you in the field. What’s it really like? Is it worth it? What should I know before jumping in? I’m totally open to brutal honesty here—just trying to figure my life out one career crisis at a time, lol.
