Do LCWRA reviews happen?
Ok so I've been on LCWRA since around covid. Do reassessments happen? I read that if you get to 2025 without being reviewed in this category they will never review people from covid times. And only focus reviewing the recent LCWRA claims. Is this true?
I got asked to submit 4 months of bank statements about 3 months ago which I did. I see this is common procedure currently. They said they will be contact to discuss my claim after I submitted them but I've heard nothing. I've read this is a separate review but will they do a LCWRA review at the same time?
The reason why I'm flapping abit is because these applications and reviews (like pip) make me so ill. I have multiple chronic health conditions and I've had my 4th surgery in a year. Alot of my conditions are for life and I'm under multiple consultants etc. I'm also looking for a social house (my living situation is unsafe) on the basis I'll get help from UC but apart of me is terrified that I'll move, they'll review me and for whatever reason will stop my LCWRA.
I was awarded LCWRA in Jan 2021. I have a teeny self employment job which im registered with uc as self employed and have been since 2021 i submit all earnings. £100 every few months bascially.
I just dont understand the review process for LCWRA if there is any? I prefer like with pip you get a set time.
Any help appreciated
