Got rejected for HDFC Swiggy Card

So I applied for HDFC Swiggy a few days back since they were offering it for LTF as shown in my Swiggy app which is funny cause my Swiggy spends aren't that high, don't even have an account with HDFC and I only have one other credit card. KYC went through along with other verifications. Soon after that I got a message saying my card request is processed and that I should check the status only after two days. So naturally I checked it then and there and it showed "Your card is DECLINE". Yes it showed exactly that. And now it's showing rejected even on the Swiggy app without showing any particular reason. So should I contact the bank regarding this? Any way to reverse this?

My CIBIL is 765 btw
