Which Travel Credit Card is Best

Hello All Credit Card Experts,

This year is a big year for me in terms of travel.
I'll be moving to Spain soon. I will be traveling to Indonesia before the end of the year. (Both flights have yet to be purchased) ( I will at times need to withdrawal cash. )
I will also be in japan in a few short weeks. (everything is booked) (I will NEED to withdrawal cash )

While Living in Spain I plan to do a lot of multi-country visits and possibly return home to the states to visit family.

I'm looking for Credit cards that will be worth all the flights and Mileage and rewards. I don't care too much about access lounges but they are a plus.
Not sure if in the visits coming up if there will even be any in those airports.
Also not too fussed about Airport TSA Precheck and Global entry as most lines in any airports these days seem to be hectic.

I'm more concerned with the actual international benefits of a CC.
Like if I were to go Grocery shopping in Spain, use for my rent and insurances. All things would be taken out in international currency and/or eventually I'll get an international/ Spain Account. but for the for few months not sure it'll be possible.

I hear many things about both the Capital One Venture X and Venture. As well as the Chase Sapphire Preferred. Not sure what other cards will be good.

I already have the Amazon Chase Card. and the Capital One Visa Card.
