My discover credit card account is about to be reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus on the 26th of this month.

Yes i know i fucked up, i have 5000 dollars worth of credit card debt and only 80 dollars to my name and i cant seem to find a job. I heard discover can file a lawsuit against me if that happens, i know i am most likely fucked but is there anything i can do, and if there is, what is the smartest way of approaching this?
