Can you accidentally stab yourself in the neck if you fall with a sharp cooking knife.

I know this is an oddly specific question but I’m just getting started at learning how to really cook and was worried if I was ever in a busy situation in a restaurant kitchen and accidentally trip and fall with a knife.
