Weird yellow/brown patch on shoes can't be removed. Is it mold?

Wore these shoes for 4 months but recently seeing this yellow spot emerge. Texture feels the same as the white rubber sole. I tried dawn dish soap and bleach with magic eraser but this weird stain won't come out. Any ideas?
