Supercell, please tell me why this scenery can't be for the main base.

I just bought it, not knowing it was exclusive to war bases. Nowhere was it advertised that it was only for war base. EVERYTHING about the scenery is sick, so it is majorly disappointing knowing that only my ops will get to be vibing to the elite music while demolishing my village. I honestly think that war base exclusives in general are stupid. I can guarantee you guys would be making BANK if this was available for the main base.
