Is anyone else having this problem? It's driving me nuts!

Can anyone just- not access bots after searching them and only 9/10 times one of the many bots you can actually chat too, you click on most and for some reason the bot just says- 'Sorry, this Character is not available to chat.' Yet it still comes up in search, still has LOTS of chats and the creator's account is still active?? Am I missing something and being stupid or is anyone else having this issue?
