Is it possible to treat oral thrush at home?

Hello! My girlfriend has a case of oral thrush (or at least it really looks like it, and she's having the same symptoms that I had when I had it)

Unfortunately, she does not has health insurance, and she does not qualify for medicaid in my state. We are very tight on money, and I don't know any nearby clinics that will accept someone who doesn't have health insurance.

Can oral thrush be treated at home? I know prebiotic help, but what can help kill it and get it out of her mouth?
