Deadshot EE can be done during round transitions

Many of you said on my last post that the reason I was unable to get Deadshot was because of the round transition. I knew that was not the case because I've gotten Deadshot this exact same way dozens of times before. (killing the last zombie and then shooting the cans between rounds when no zombies spawn)
