Very Confused about my future

Currently pursuing my 3rd year ug from DU GNEM, 9,7,7 feel like a failure as I got 97.44%ile in CAT and made a lot of silly mistakes (definitely could've done way better). Now I'm left with the option of trying out for a couple good CAP IIMS or try out DSE(won't convert IB program cause of shit 12th grade) or UBS chandigarh (have a decent chance of conversion). Didn't really fill much other forms except IIFT(have no chance) or MDI, don't even wanna try NMIMS, and only want to take a loan if I get in a tier 1 or 1.5 college(I'm not gonna get any) So what should I do? Take UBS Chandigarh (if I get it) or try for placements off campus (not gonna get placed in the college,neither do I have some great skills.) *Am originally from Ludhiana and kinda wanna stay close to my family.
