People with below Average Profile

While scrolling through posts, I keep seeing people with stellar profiles 9/9/9 types or ridiculously high percentages. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here with a profile that feels far from impressive:

Class X: 68% Class XII: 82% UG: 51%

To those who’ve been in a similar boat or know someone who has how much does a below-average profile like mine stand a chance? Can I make up for it with an excellent CAT score and strong post exam performance (interviews, WAT, PI)?

Would love to hear some success stories, advice, or even honest feedback on how to navigate this journey.
