Do shows ever release complete versions of songs even when the song gets cut off or transitions to another song in the actual show?

Example that comes to mind. I like the “Girl Scout” song from Beetlejuice and it could be a great solo.

but it ends with a scream and a hard transition into “That Beautiful Sound”. Are there ever official versions with more normal solo endings?
