Things to remember while crying(Please read, everyone)
It's okay to feel like crying every now and then, it's okay to break down. But you must remember these stuff while crying.
•NEVER have ur phone in hand while crying. Just put it aside and let urself cry. If you've the phone, it'll make u text them super emotional vulnerable stuff because when you cry you're really vulnerable, and you'll regret it later.
•READ the old chats, GO THROUGH the old photos right after you've had a breakdown. When you look at them with a calm mind right after you cried your heart out, they start to lose the heartbreaking effect they've on you.
•DON'T ever text them or rely on them when you're down.(This applies for those people who got dumped.) Remember, if you were dumped, they don't care so pls don't embarass yourself by talking to them as emotional support. We're here for you, we'll hear you out.
