Everyone seems to ignore the impact of reload/unload speed changes

These are the most impactful stats in brawl but whenever a brawler has changed people tend to overlook it and then wonder how a brawler has "creeped" into the top of the meta or has been falling off. I've noticed this with a few brawlers.

Charlie: the unload speed nerf is what killed her for me, sure it was broken at first but there was no need to remove any way for her to win close/mid range fights

Lou: they overdid it with this buff, I'm not saying revert it but try to find a middle ground coz he's too strong rn

Kenji:an example where the nerf was proportional, he's not as strong as he used to be but he's not completely garbage

Juju: I know this seems like a wierd pick but the fact that she can land 6k damage in a second is pretty crazy

Frank: do I even need to explain, went from bottom 3 brawler to meta defining

There are many more examples but I feel like I've already proved my point, people seem to not realize that a reload/unload change is a dps change, a super charge change, a playablility change etc, it's not just one change it's a huge part of a brawlers kit.
