Optimal drafting roaster

In an attempt to minimize the recent surge of posts we’ve had about personal account progression, I think it’d be useful to have a somewhat generally agreed upon list of best brawlers per game mode in ranked. With unlimited resources, what would be the two/three brawlers to get for every ranked mode?
