Refund?
Hi all, About 2 weeks ago, on the 24th of September I tried booking a week stay at a hotel for an upcoming trip, after i had entered all my payment details and proceeded with the payment the website said there was an error loading payment methods but i was still charged the $1100 for the booking, i received no booking confirmation or anything like that, obviously i contacted customer service instantly and after lots of back and forth with no help all i got was i had to wait 7-12 business days for the refund and that because it was an unconfirmed booking the process is started automatically, now its the 12 of October and i havent received any refund at all, ive tried contacting customer service again but all they do is try get me to call their support number which is an international number for me so im unable to, I’ve already filed a transaction dispute with my bank as i need that money back. Im just lost on what to do and was wondering if anyone here could help me or give me information, thank you
