Ducklings

To the person who ran over a mama and her 6 tiny ducklings while they were trying to cross Capitol to get to Ann Morrison Park today… I was trying to get out to help them as fast as I could but I got there a few seconds too late. They were so tiny. And had almost made it. My heart is broken.

Please slow down. And pay attention. I’ve seen geese on Parkcenter crying at their partner who was just hit in the road too.

They’re part of our community. Please just be cautious of their little lives trying to survive amongst ours. 💔
