critical role reference in loft in bedslation??

okay so i was rewatching and i noticed that one of the goblin characters for the game in the restaurant has goblin syphilis. i don’t know if any of you watch critical role, but do you guys think this was in reference to nott from campaign 2?? i might just be imagining it lol, but if you don’t know the character uses that excuse many times in the campaign
