Who is Chris?

“How’s Chris marked with lipstick?” Who the hell is Chris? I’m not really into the band as people, I only listen to the music, so if Chris is like a manager or something like that, sorry for not knowing! But has that ever been explained in an interview or something, or is it just a random line?
