First Black Templars List Advice
A couple years ago I started painting minis and had a ton of fun with it! That led to learning more 40k lore since video essays and audio books make for great painting background noise, and now that's led to an attempt to build a real list and play at one of my local stores. I have some general ideas, but I'd love any advice at all! I'm not worried about necessarily breaking the meta and top decking full tournies or anything here starting out (the real crusade comes once I have some experience). Just looking to have some fun playing locally and meeting some people in the hobby, and if I can pick up some wins here and there even better!
Things might be a little rough since I'm very new to this side of 40k and have tried to just base it off of models I like and pairings I've seen in other lists. I knew pretty much right from the get go I wanted to play Templars since the designs are so cool and their playstyle seems to line up well with how I tend to like playing games.

Grimadus will be leading the big blob of Crusaders with the intention of taking advantage of his ability to reroll melee hits for a big mass of hoard clearing and objective control.
The smaller Crusaders are there to take advantage of Scout and try to get deep early to start chopping at threats or get some early objective control.
Helbrecht will take the larger group of Sword Brethren in the Redeemer. The goal is to use the Redeemer for some extra range help and to get to a high priority target so he and the stabby boys can safely get to work without fear of being shot to death before having a chance.
The smaller group of Sword Brethren will be paired with the Emperor's Champion in the Stubber Impulsor. They have a similar goal here of manning the Impulsor for range support until they're ready to disembark to shred a higher priority target without fear of being picked apart during shooting phases in the meanwhile. I chose the Stubber since the intention is to eventually end up pretty close to enemy units anyway.
The Hellblasters will be led by the Apothecary with almost exactly the same goal, although these guys will pilot their Impulsor until it fully gives up the ghost. Once it has been destroyed though, they'll still be able to provide additional Ranged support, and with an Apothecary in the unit, I'm less worried about taking those Hazardous rolls since there's still a chance to bring them back after a fail.
I won't lie and try to make up some deep strategic justification for the Dreadnought. I just think Dreadnoughts are cool and wanted one on the list. Since that brought me up to 4 vehicles I thought it might be worth bringing a Techmarine just for additional vehicle support. Figured it might help me squeeze more use from the Dreadnought and Hell-pulsor at least.
Finally, that left me with 50 points left over which was exactly enough to slap an Enhancement on the Apothecary and Techmarine.
Any advice at all would be welcome! One area I'd especially love some thoughts on are the weapons each unit should take. I'm still not 100% sure on how to tell which weapons would be best for each individual model since my actual play experience is pretty limited. Hope this was the right place to ask, and I appreciate you at least taking the time to read this mess!
