Feel like I wasted my money

Before I start, if you enjoy the game, great. I'm happy you are. But I'm not.

I bought the game thinking it was going to be an Action RPG with a good story, and I was enjoying the game up until I got to the Whiteclad Noble and very quickly realized this was going to be another souls game.

I'm not good at Souls games, nor do I care for them too much. I like enjoying good impactful stories with great RPG mechanics. I'm disappointed that they chose to advertise it as a "nonsouls" kinda game when it very clearly is. I hate getting stuck on a boss for hours and hours, and there's not much else to do in this game besides fighting bosses. There are no quests, no characters to enjoy, no dialogue, no exploration, just boss after boss after boss, and I feel like I wasted my money.

It was between this and Ghost of Tsushima and I feel like I should have went with the latter. I liked the art style and music of Wukong so I went with this, but I should have reconsidered it.
