Europeans: do you mix (coinjoin) for privacy?

For Europe it’s clear that we actually have to use KYC Exchanges and those want verification for the control of the wallets we use. In many cases they want satoshi test. I don’t like this because of my privacy and that this makes them know how many coins I own. It not about taxes, in my case it’s taxfree after 1 year of holding.

So I wonder how to transfer my sats from kraken to my wallets and at the same time keep my privacy for future. I know peer to peer ist the best way in general for privacy, but what about the kyc coins I already have. What are the options? I thought about use 2 wallets (wallet one for satoshi test, than use coinjoin and than transfer it to wallet 2 like my hardware wallet).
