Shares/Hour

Dear Community,

I´m running my bitaxe gamma since 4 Weeks, I´m learning alot all day, but there is one question left hoping someone could explain to me please. My bitaxe is running with an average Hash Rate of 1,27 TH/s. In one hour the "Shares" counter increases by around 130 Shares (rejection rate < 0,3%). I have seen screenshots by other User with around 60.000 shares in 2 days, thats impossible with my average 130 Shares/Hour.
Do I need to adjust any setting or does this value doesnt matter at all and I got the same chances on hitting a block like people with a lot higher Shares/Hour?

Is there any relation between Hash Rate and Shares?
