Quality of Kroger Delivery?

I really loved the quality of Kroger when I lived near one, but since there isn't one here, I've been thinking about trying out delivery. On previous Kroger posts, people said that they've really enjoyed the price and convenience, but no mention about quality. When I look on the Kroger website for fresh produce and meat, there are so many low ratings and bad reviews. Has anyone had any issues receiving low quality/rotten groceries, and if so, were you able to get a refund/exchange?
